About
Having trained in Japan, Hawaii and California with Sushi Masters I have developed into a high leveled sushi chef. Our philosophy is to tap into quality local food sources, hand picking our ingredients to build our foundation of cooking on.
I am an experienced, technically trained chef with a passion to teach.
I truly enjoy teaching people how to cook food that nourishes others. Sharing the passion of sourcing clean healthy ingredints, approaching the foods that we choose to prepare for others and applying the proper techniques and the foundation to be used.
Growing from each experience is quite fulfilling.
Learning is an on-going process that keeps us focused on what really matters - each other.
Enjoy
Chef Bobby
