I have a degree in culinary arts and hospitality management. Creating flavorful dishes with ingredients from around the world truly bring me joy. Each plate is my canvas and that's where I express my passion for food.
I am former Exec Sous Chef at Bobby Flay's restaurant in NYC. I have over 10 years cooking in a restaurant setting. I am currently transitioning from restaurant chef to personal chef and culinary instructor. I have experience in fine dinning but I prefer to work with simple ingredients to create complex dishes.
