Laurelyn Watson-Chase Voice Studio

Laurelyn met me as an adult signing up for lessons with basically no vocal technique and was instrumental in encouraging me to sing and helping get me to where I became the linchpin of my vocal line in a small professional-sounding choir, holding my own against the other vocal lines and against errors made by my fellow line singers. She has been my secret weapon in learning challenging new pieces under deadline, and her flexibility and ability to play the piano and accompany has been a great assist in allowing me to bring in the sheet music for anything--classical, 20th & 21st century pop & rock, opera, jazz era music, even music in other languages. She has a comprehensive knowledge of how the songs were intended to sound without negating my voice and provides a constant encouragement to achieve whatever my vocal potential may be.
