I am a trainer at Phase 1 and my teachings focus on performance (Strength and Conditioning, Speed/Agility, Plyometrics (Explosiveness) and so much more. I am Dk Metcalf's of the Seattle Seahawks personal trainer and I've have worked with many other athletes on all levels. I also train Men and Woman for weight loss, muscle gain, and helping them feel better in their everyday skin. My training includes 1 hr personal or group session, Normatec recovery, red light therapy, sauna, and post workout smoothies.
