We will start the new student with the basics of the Kenpo 5.0 system. The student will learn footwork, punches, kicks and self defense techniques. Students usually test for their next belt rank in 6-7 months depending on their proficiency during this time period.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Annual Membership is $129 per month with a signed membership agreement.
$69/6 week introductory class, $69 fee includes a uniform and 2 days per week for 6 weeks of Kenpo 5.0 instruction. This introductory class leads into an annual membership if the student desires.
How did you get started teaching?
It was due to the passing of my instructor Senior Grandmaster Ed Parker and his desire to evolve the Kenpo art. I took it upon myself to continue on with Mr Parker's desire and evolved his Kenpo into the art I now teach.
What types of students have you worked with?
We work with children as young as 4 years of age and adults up to any age as long as they are medically qualified. Our current oldest student is 77 years old.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We have an annual senior belt test, competition and training camp every summer. I have schools in 19 countries and most of the schools from around the world will come here to Las Vegas for this event.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Visit with the instructor in the place where instruction will be provided. Look at the facilities and plan your visit when a class is being given. Most important of all ...ask questions!
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What expierience they have in instruction. What is the schedule for classes. What exactly will I learn. How often do I test for the information provided. How much is instruction and testing.
