About
Having moved around the world sine I was child, I have a very broad, very open teaching perspective. I believe that every road you have walked down in your life has made you the person you are, and thus the actor you are. This wealth of life is what makes you unique! A huge part of self-confidence and great performances is the ability to be comfortable with every facet of yourself. You are already in every great character ever written! Please be sure to read the information below, and even watch my youtube link for a detailed breakdwon of how we might work together, it's always helpful to put a face to a name.
Looking forward to meeting you,
NR
So from the beginningm, my name is Nicholas Richardson and I am a working professional actor from England with a passion for teaching, which I have cultivated many years of practice. My approach is friendly and detailed and based on my education, and my experience in the industry; what works today. Part of our work together will be focussing on improving your skills technically, as well as building your confidence and exploring potential. I believe acting training can be extremely important whether your goals are to become a professional actor or to build communication skills, public speaking, or general confidence.
I have a BA in Television, Film and Theater theory from Bristol University in England, and an MA in Acting from The Guildhall School of Music and Drama (alumni includes Daniel Craig, Orlando Bloom, Lilly James) which is a classical training coservatory.
I have worked professionally in television, film and theater (with networks such as Hulu, Fox Search light and Comedy central TV, CBS, Warner Bros). I have just wrapped a guest star on CBS' FBI Season 3. I also have an extensive background in theater, inclduing shows I have wrtiten, produced and performed myself.
I am looking forward to meeting you and getting to work!
Thank you,
NR
