I’ve taken many lessons before with other Chefs, but Chef Erik makes cooking a lot more fun. He was able to teach my a new dish and create new flavors that were versatile in my everyday dishes. Furthermore, he’s funny and easygoing which made it a lot of fun. Highly recommend!!!
I don’t have standard pricing for my lessons. I believe every lesson should be discussed before hand to establish a set rate. Knowledge and skill will vary a lot. I wouldn’t want to over charge a student who’s learning basic cooking
I’ve learned from chefs that I’ve cooked with but also taught them something new even tho they’ve been in the food industry longer than I have. the execution of food will vary based on each chef since everyone’s cooking experience are different.
I believe students should be open to all options given to them thru lessons.com. Someone like myself could have 8 years of cooking experience but lacks the ability to teach an individual. Similar to any new talent learned, it takes time, practice and dedication to become good at it.
