We offer classes and training in a commercial kitchen setting in all areas of Kosher cuisine. Classes include profgessional as well as recreational classes.In addition our kitchen is under kosher supervision and has been used as the only kosher kitchen incubator.

I liked that the classes are hands on. I learned to cook different dishes from different cuisines. The teacher also has a good sense of humor which makes it fun to cook. I loved all the classes.
