Cookn' In Bklyn

I tailer my lessons to each student to ensure that that have a great time learning new cooking techniques. My concepts are taught in a clear and concise manner that leaves my student with the concepts that they need to repeat what they learned on their own and to adapt the dishes from class to any other dishes that they want to cook on the future.

I love to cook and to treat my guests to wonderfully prepared food. I take joy from that! I want my students to have the skills and techniques to don't he same for their friends and family!
