I am a freelance chef and provides a variety of culinary and photography services including cooking classes. I provide individual and group cooking classes at the client's home or venue.
Having extensively traveled and having a diverse family background and culinary training, I have deep knowledge of most international cuisines. Whether it is Latin, regional Indian, Thai, Greek or Caribbean, I can teach you how to cook authentic traditional foods from around the world.
Additionally, if you are on a restricted diet as in gluten free, diabetic, paleo, low fat, etc. I can teach you to create delciious and healthy foods, even within these limitations.

Once this is decided upon, a date is scheduled.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a culinary degree in Culinary Arts/Restaurant Management and over 15 years of working culinary experience. I have also worked as a chef instructor for kids and adults for over 8 years.
