i have a catering company and been doing this for 15 years. Work with SACG and SA mission to the UN. Work with Tourism and did the Essence Music Festival for last 2 years. On January 24th 2019 showcased #durban SA foods for editors,travel bloggers,writers, journalists at Condé Nast 1 World Trade Center, work with scholars in residence at the Schomburg Center for Black Research for Columbia University
i would love to teach about the use of spices and what they are and where they come from. How spices are used in food makes such a big difference and also changes flavor
