Samvel Sarkisyan

Hi, I'm Samvel, a professional drummer, performer, and educator with over 8 years of teaching experience.

My musical foundation is rooted in jazz, but throughout my career I've performed and studied a wide range of styles including funk, rock, pop, Latin, fusion, and contemporary music. This versatility allows me to help students develop strong fundamentals while also exploring the music they love most.

As a teacher, I believe every student learns differently. Whether you're picking up drumsticks for the very first time, preparing for auditions, looking to improve your technique, or wanting to become a more confident improviser, I tailor each lesson to your individual goals, learning style, and experience level.

My lessons focus on building solid technique, timekeeping, coordination, musicality, reading skills, creativity, and confidence behind the drums. Most importantly, I strive to create a positive and encouraging environment where students feel challenged, motivated, and excited to learn.

Over the past eight years, I've worked with students of all ages and skill levels, helping them achieve their personal musical goals while developing a genuine love for the instrument.
