What is your typical process for working with a new student?
1 hour lesson
* Flexable based on student needs
Introduction - Get to know each other
Warmup: Stretching running in place, jumping jacks, some dynamic stretching swing a racket without a ball
15 min Evaluation : ( *no charge First lesson)
Coach Demonstrations of the proper technique
Same side of net one one one instruction
Hitting balls with student half court: or full
Rallying (static, Feeds ,Live)
Goals : 1- Stroke Improvment
2- making new friends
3- Fitness
Last : Evaluation, with new corrections

How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching in a long time ago as an assistant working for one of long island' s Legendary Teachers. Al was my Mentor for me

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I would recommend the students find a teacher to learn tennis
Don't wast time and energy,risk injuries by trying to do it yourself
It cold take you yesrs leaning how to hit
the ball correctly when you could learn
in as little as a few lessons

1 Ask teacher : Location, teachers schedule,
2- Kinds of communication ( text, E-mail, phone) confirmation
3- costs(rate) per lesson , length of lesson
