My coaching philosophy is to not only help actors both professional and those looking to do this as a hobby, create at the top of their game, but to also support them in becoming whole, inspired, balanced people. I am also experienced coaching corporate clients in the areas of public speaking, team bulding, being present in the now and closing sales.
Each coaching is unique to the individual client - to help them accentuate their strengths, work on their 'weaknesses', connect to what makes them unique and feel grounded and confident when they walk into a room. Upon request, public speaking work is also something I work on with clients. I don't believe in one size fits all coaching and I love having the opportunity to work with new clients and pay it forward!
As an actress I have played roles on television, film, and on Broadway as well as in music videos and extensive voice over and national commercial campaigns.
I am experienced working in both New York and Los Angeles and give my students the knowledge and tools to navigate both markets.

Working with Lisa has been an eye opening experience. She creates a judgement free zone that allows you to really explore the material while providing excellent feedback. I feel as though I'm able to play while she leads me in the direction that best suits me and my work. - Paula Bagley Actress & recent graduate CAP 21 NYC Professional Program
I know Lisa as an actress and I can tell you this: she is a force of nature and a seismic talent. Acting with Lisa is a liberating, exhilarating experience. Is there a word for the state of being simultaneously comfortable and electrified? Lisa is such a great gorgeous gust of humanity! One is swept into Lisa's field and carried, while always aware of her acute sensitivity to the truth of any moment, and her quicksilver attention to that truth. She delights in plumbing the depths of the story; and while profoundly energized, she is quiet in her heart, listening for the truth of any given moment. - Silas Weir Mitchell Actor - "Monroe" on NBC series Grimm, "Charles Haywire Patoshik" on Fox series Prison Break, Three Days of Rain at Portland Center Stage
When it comes to teaching a summer theater intensive, finding the perfect leader with the right temperament, energetic spirit, and ability to motivate isn't as easy as it seems. Lisa was the ideal mentor in every way. The work she did with the Madison Theater actors was specific, challenging, a ton of fun, and exceeded my expectations in every way. Daily, she was the perfect illustration of professionalism and collaboration. She achieved the ultimate goal - making them succeed and above all else, feeling free enough to shine. - David Hibbard Actor - Something Rotten, Billy Elliot, Monty Python's Spamalot on Broadway, Director at Madison Theater Summer Intensive and CAP 21 teacher
Working with Lisa is game changing! She creates the warm environment necessary for creativity and effortlessly guides you to bring your authentic self to the character so you can ace the audition. She is incredibly intuitive and knows which tools to personally give each actor to help them bring the best version of themselves into the audition....not only for the character but also to help us connect to the casting reps in the room. She's amazing! - Erin Glass Emmy winning producer of NBC series Give w. Blair Underwood, producer w. Morgan Spurlock (Super Size Me), founder of Broadway Bound Kids & actress
