    1. The first episode set the tone for the subsequent episodes. It was strategic to show the audience Phil’s past VO work so that they can get a sample of his background and experience. 2. The episodes were short and to the point. Phil provided simple techniques that the VO actor could apply to their next audition or gig. 3. Giving the tip to be “physical”, was key! A lot of VO actors don’t realize that actually being physical, using your hands, and using your body will improve your audition/gig. 4. Great tips regarding keeping VO auditions quiet and keeping your agent/manager informed about your availability. 5. The home studio information was helpful. Many beginner VO actors resort to using their phones and don’t realize the equipment that is available for purchase.

So far, I have worked with Phil to learn about the basics of Voice Acting, and decided to purchase his video series to deepen my knowledge. He gives many great tips and tricks to help you succeed, and even gives a free session to ask questions with it. He is timely, professional, and well versed in the field. I will be continuing classes with Phil and am looking forward to them!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

My process is to talk to the student and find out what their needs are and then custom taylor a program for that student.

Sheila H I learned and experienced a lot in such a short amount of time. The instructor also broke down the business side, and was terrific with giving direction. Would definitely recommend to others.
Sara L.
Getting to keep all the one on one coaching audio sessions with the instructor was invaluable.  Also learning how to create my home studio and generate my own revenue from my home studio was the best part for me.  The instructor gave me the tools to create a great and cost effective home studio.
