About
I am a SAG-AFTRA actor based in NYC. I graduated with a BFA in Acting from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. I have played recurring roles on Apple TV+ "For All Mankind", Netflix "13 Reasons Why", have done stunts and double for the main cast of "Saturday Night Live", ABC's "What Would You Do?". I have been blessed to have been in regional and national commercials and done voiceover work too. Teaching has been an integral part of my life from my earliest days teaching children's swimming lessons and working as a nanny. I have studied many methods and techniques for acting, including Meisner, Uta Hagen, Strasberg, Practical Aesthetics (Mamet), and of course the Stanislavsky system. I use text analysis and character and physical action to create and craft the performance you want to give, and to execute it in a way that is truthful, dynamic, and repeatable. I specialize in helping actors make self tapes for auditions, helping actors prepare for theatre and film auditions in person or on zoom, and in helping actors gain confidence on stage or on camera. As someone who works in film, television, commercials, and voiceover, I know firsthand how casting works, and how to craft good auditions. Let me help!
