With degrees in Nutritional Science, Culinary and Baking and Pastry Arts from Johnson and Wales University I am well equipped to educate you about food, health, and wellness. You’ll leave you with life long skills you’ll be able to use to better your own life as well as the lives of those around you.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
After an innitial free consultation a custom or preselected package will be decided upon. What you learn is up to you. You can do a single class for your self, or in a group, or you can select from a range of courses that will teach you skills over time.

Masters Degree in Nutritional science
Bachelors degree in Culinary arts
Associates Degree in Baking and Pastry arts

2 hour lesson - $250
3 hour lesson - $300
up to 8 people 3 hours - $400 +$75 per person
