I'm a middle aged woman wanting to shed some pounds without shedding flavor - Donna makes excellent healthful food based on classic mediterranean and california cuisine for me. We come up with a menu together comprising proteins, grains, veggies, and a wee starch or two. she also packs some extra surprise goodies. she delivers for a little extra which is great for my schedule. I couldn't recommend her more highly - everything she makes is super tasty, and she's as fabulous as her food.
I like to get a clear understanding of the clien/student's wishes and discuss in advance of our time together how I intend to accomplish that.

For cooking lessons I usually charge $75 for a 3 hour minimum.
I'd say I started teaching because I was cooking for a family and their children loved to help & learn about cooking.
A recent event I love is attending the Opera House Cup regatta in Nantucket. I meet up with great old friends, we do a lot of great cooking & entertaining & sail on competive boats with great yachtsmen & woman.
