About
I am a Health Supportive Private Chef to a celebrity couple in their 80's so I my knowledge of nutrition and specific diets is always in the forefront of my mind. I love teaching knife skills and sharing various cooking techniques and grocery shopping.
My teaching skills are organic in nature and life affirming focused on mindfulness and tips to help live a sustainable lifestyle. This leads to a great deal of creativity and Ah Ha moments.
