Rafael is an excellent teacher! He is very knowledgeable of all of the best known drum rhythms in the world, but specially Jazz, Rock, Brazilian, and Colombian. He is very patient but also strict with his method. I highly recommend taking classes with him, wether you are a beginner or you already have a drumming foundation. He can help you improve your technique or teach you new tricks and rhythms. He has also written two drumming books so he can teach you to read, write and transcribe scores and music in general.
