About
YHG-Midtown is the only Yee’s Hung Ga Kung Fu school in Midtown Manhattan. Yee’s Hung Ga schools are recognized in many states in America and Internationally. Yee’s Hung Ga was founded by Grandnmaster Yee Chi Wei in the mid 80’s and now has YHG branches all over the world. I started my training in 1997. I became certified to teach in 2006 via testing and passing the blackbelt qualifications. In 2007 I was granted permission to use the name Yee’s Hung ga and open a school. In 2016 i became a 4th Dan.
what i enjoy about teaching is helping men, women and young adults build confidence and reach what ever goals they may have. I enjoy passing on knowledge thats been passed down to me by my Sifu (teacher) and Sigun (my teacher’s teacher).
