I like how the class is structured and the way sensei conducts the class. From warming up with basics stands, strikes and rolls to working on technqiues which build on the basic stands, strikes, and rolling. Each technique is built in the previous one therefore each class is coherent to the next. Great for all levels of practitioners.
Sensei Oliver teaches in a balanced environment where students learn the traditions and evolved techniques
New students are encouraged by Sensei Martin and experienced students to train at there own unique level weather the student is an experienced martial arts mover or if they have no experience whatsoever. Students always find there own unique pace with in the Maten Dojo training curriculum.
