I usually teach at Tenakill Swim Club, but will be able to travel to home pools if avaliable to me through the clients. I swam for 9 years as a competitive swimmers and taught/coached with multiple swim coaches before. I have given swim lessons for 4 years and am a certified lifeguard for 7 years.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Typically start with teaching beginners how to breathe and then start with freestyle kick and then the actual strokes.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I swam competitively in highschool and college. I took lessons from private coaches when I was swimming competitively. I have taught and coached swimming for 4 years. I have been a certified lifeguard for 7 years.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Lessons are 25 dollars for 30 minutes, and 45 dollars for an hour. The entrance fee for the pool i teach at is 10 dollars per person, and that is seperate from the lessons price.
If I will be traveling to a different pool, the price will be 35 dollars for 30 minutes and 55 dollars for an hour
How did you get started teaching?
Started with coaching first at the pool I work at, and then started teaching a year after with private lessons.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with younger kids that are just starting to kids that are more advanced and wanted to work on technique. I have also worked with kids with autism, ADD, and ADHD.
