We make fitness and swimming simple. No matter your swim skill or fitness level or age we have a program for you. We offer the most current American Red Cross Learn to Swim curriculum including certification courses. Our staff are American Red Cross Trained and certified lifeguard and swim instructors.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We take our time going through skill challenges. With each challenge we develope the best lesson plan to achieve client goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our instuctors are American Red Cross trainied and certified.
We have specilty needs instrutors trained and certified in special education.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
30 minutes lessons can be puchased individually or in a package of 5 lessons.
Indivdual lessons price $40 each.

What types of students have you worked with?
We work with beginners through advanced swimmers of all ages. Specilty classes available for children and adults on the Autism spectrum.
Lifeguard and Swim Instructor courses available for teens and adults.
