Basic kitchen and cooking skills.
We can do 1 class or set up a 10 week class schedule.
Week 1: knife skills and general knife knowledge.
Week 2: sauces pt 1 knowledge and make the first 2 mother sauces.
Week 3: sauces pt 2 finish 3 mother sauces.
Week 4: make small sauces from the mother sauces we made the last 2 weeks.
Week 5: Dressing chickens/cooking with chicken
Week 6: beef how to dress different cuts.
Week 7: duck breakdown.
Week 8: fish dress fish and other seafood.
Week 9: Simple desserts.
Week 10: Ice Cream and recap what we have learned.

I have been in the training world most of my life, I will work with each person at their own pace and we will have fun doing so.

Single or a couple $50 for 30 minutes.
3-5 people $35 per person per 30 minutes.
6 or more people $25 per person for an hour.
