I promote cooking From your backyard garden and creative dishes from your pantry. Scratch baking learning lost skills - making noodles, bread, biscuits, and cookies. I have a passion for eating whole foods and making food from scratch. Cutting down processed foods and sugar in your diet is key to healthy eating.
I have loved cooking and baking since I was a child. Mastering dinners for my family growing up and delighting people with my signature desserts. Imparting knowledge, encouraging others in the kitchen brings me great joy. I feel like I am opening up a whole world of culinary possibilities to my students.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Getting to know my student, finding out what they would like to learn and creating a plan to achieve their goals. I can work generally - basic baking skills or specific - how to make baklava. I would assess the students skill set and determine the best path through lesson plans.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Akron university in the culinary program. I have been cooking/baking for 30 years. I owned and operated a bakery.
