About

My name is Chad I have been a sports instructor for 11 years now. I am extremely passionate about what I do, and I promise that with my skill set and your will to learn I will make you as great as you want to be! I have coached all over the country at summer and sports camps from California to New York! I am USTPA certified Tennis instructor and a licensed sports trainer. I attended college at Capital University here I'm Columbus Ohio where I majored in Biochemistry and played on the Tennis team. I take what I do very seriously, and I am patient and diligent with all my students, but I do expect them to try their best to be their best!

My favorite part of what I do is seeing the progression in my students. Especially when they're enthusiastic and earnest in their efforts. I love being able to bring the self satisfaction of getting better at a skill to someone's life.

Coach Chad is fantastic. He is able to meet a child where they are and teach them skills to build on after every session.
His love of the game is contagious!

Chad is a great coach. Ive had two lessons with him so far and already my tennis serve has improved greatly. Chad comes prepared for the lesson, clearly knowing how the lesson will progress. Hes encouraging, clear in the directions he gives, hes lighthearted, and doesnt take himself too seriously. Its a delight to have tennis lessons from Chad. Hes passionate about the sport and that is evident in how he coaches, hes having a lot of fun. I would encourage you to sign up for tennis lessons with him as well!

    Frequently asked questions

I try to assess their skills, and piggy back off of what they already know. Becoming proficient at a sport is muscle memory, so their will be a lot of repetition.

I generally charge by the hour depending on your skill level. The more lessons you schedule the lower the hourly price ranges.
I also allot discounts to new students... and to students who refer my services.

Growing up in the inner city Tennis was NOT an option for me, but when I was accidentally introduced to the sport in middle school I fell I love immediately. In high school I partially tore my ACL and was unable to play. And that's when I started enstilling my knowledge on others. Working at camps all over the east coast, and eventually starting a small company in my home city of Tampa, Florida.

I've worked with students of all ages 5-80, begginers to experts. In both Private a large group setting.

Hire an instructor you can not only learn from, but that you can connect with. You want to learn from someone that has your best interest at heart. I understand it's a profession, but some do it make money... I do it to build connections and people.
