There will never be more than 3 other people working out in the gym at the same time while your there. On top of that I design your workouts to make sure there's no overlap of equipment to keep everyone working rather than waiting for equipment to open up. He started martial arts as a child in Cleveland Ohio doing Taekwondo at the Puritas Community Center. Later when he moved to Springfield Massachusetts he started to learn Chinese American Kenpo Karate from Master Leo Williams. After 9 years of diligent training, fighting on the tournament circuit, and teaching as a Jr. Instructor he earned his black belt at the age of 18.
