About
Music is a language we can speak to the world! It is my philosophy that music is the total human connection to not only the arts, but also to mathematics, language, psychology, philosophy, history, and science. From developing muscle memory to music theory, I have taught students for decades on how to become artists, scholars, and innovators. I have had students sing at Carnegie Hall, compete in competitions all over the state of California (until I moved to Ohio in 2017), and continue on to become music educators and performers in the professional setting. I was taught by the great Dr. Lily Diehl, and studied music at the University of California, Riverside. From 2002-2017, I worked with my own band called Rullian, and have been featured in independent films, recordings, as well as a music video with pop artists Savage Garden!
