What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We take students from all backgrounds at levels of play skill. There are a surprisingly large number of players that do not actually read music and would love to, This process is great for them as well as for the beginer who has no knowledge of music theory.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was director of the Tulsa Artist Collective for 6 years. i have written 4 books and play 20 instruments proficiently.

How did you get started teaching?
We developed a linear progressive education system that has worked famously to literalize our pupils into music theory. But the archetype for it was instilled in me by a myriad of wonderful teachers and artists.

Hundreds of students. including a Mingus award winner and the John Lennon National songwriter of the year award winner.
