My Goal is to help you become fluent and proficient in Spanish whether it's helping you pass a Spanish Class, communicating with family or friends, or preparing for a Job.
I lived in El Salvador which is found in Central America for 2 years as Missionary teaching people of all ages, backgrounds, and educational levels.
I love the spanish culture and learned how to speak, write, and understand fluently after 6 months.
I was a Volunteer Spanish Tutor at Brigham Young University - Idaho for 2 years helping college students in beginner and intermediate spanish classes.
I love the Hispanic Culture and helping others who want to love it as well. Living out of the country and learning Spanish has changed my life as well has opened the door to many opportunities in my life such as educational, job, and business.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I will ask what their goal is whether it's improving their grammar, speech, understanding, writing, or overall fluency in the language.
Set personal short term and long term goals to improve their proficiency.
Start by giving them small assignments to listen, read, record
themselves, and write out.
Review the small assignments and answer questions.
Give them new assignments for their next lesson.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a Spanish Missionary and taught people of all backgrounds, ages, and educational levels in Central America.
I taught college students and adults who had good, decent, and no knowledge of Spanish.
I've taught and trained fellow co-workers spanish phrases and translated for them to complete business transactions and deals in person and over the phone in multiple industries for 4 years.

I charge $12 an hour with the first lesson free.
$200 for 20 lessons first lesson is free.
I accept payment through Venmo, PayPal, or Cash App.
How did you get started teaching?
When I left the U.S and lived in El Salvador for 2 years I loved teaching others. I taught a lot of elementary age through adults in their mid 40's.
What types of students have you worked with?
Adults 18-35 including college, highschool, and middle school age students.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I would look for someone who has teaching experience, fluent in Spanish, lived out or is exposed to Hispanic Culture, and is flexible with their time.
