I have enjoyed learning piano with Liya. As an adult I have always wanted to learn to play the piano and began taking lessons several years ago. Liya teaches in the classical style. She incorporates how to read music and understand rhythm. She is patient and gives appropriately challenging pieces to work on and learn.
