About
I believe that voice training and coaching is about YOU and the goals YOU want to achieve. Whether taking on a new style of singing, preparing for an audition, a role, a concert, or looking for ways to survive long rehearsals or speaking gigs; I can help you achieve your goals. https://www.gingerreinhardt.com
My clients bring me their challenges and upcoming projects. Together we assess how we can work together to make the largest impact. A few common examples include:
· Finding an authentic and naturally free sound
· Gaining confidence
· Applying a specific technique to a new piece (ei: belt, speech quality, classical tone)
· Identifying how self-talk may be affecting the body while singing and trying out techniques to change those habits and patterns
· Creating a dynamic character and communicating clearly in song
· Releasing tension in a specific range of the voice or passage in a piece
· Reigniting the joy in singing
There is no formula to how a coaching session should look. My goal is always for you to leave our session with a valuable nugget that gives you a sense of accomplishment and assists you in the following days and weeks.
I know both from my own experience, and those of my students, what an emotional process it can be to use our voices fully. That process only becomes further frustrated by the lack of listening and empathy from “experts.” For these reasons, I truly listen to each student and meet all students where they are. Only after I have listened and understood your unique circumstances, will I create a plan with you to work towards your particular goals.
It is an absolute joy to help my students overcome physical and emotional obstacles that once seemed interminable. When my clients meet me with an open mind and heart, we can see thrilling progress and reach lofty goals together.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
In our initial meeting we will discuss your concerns & goals, review your history, and outline possible ways forward before deciding upon the right plan for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned a masters in vocal performance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where I studied opera, art song, and classical music. Over the past 20 years I have coached students in sacred, classical, musical theatre, pop, and more. I love helping people sing with more ease and confidence.
