I have worked in many restaurants, hospitals and hotels. I have a lot of experience in different types of demands regarding my clients but I always seek to give my best performance.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Get to know a little about my students and why they want to learn Latin cuisine. Teach them the basic ingredients of Latin cuisine. Procedures and methods most used in Latin cuisine.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Ecuadorian food course in Ecuador. I have also learned a lot through retail programs carried out on a weekly basis to innovate the food of the hospital staff and reinforce the Latin culture within it.
