    I hired Will for a private Birthday party for 8 adults on Saturday in Avalon, NJ and WOW did we have an amazing experience! If you’re looking to devour a lot of food and have a relaxing dining experience this is the way to go. He was easy to communicate with, came up with a custom menu, and executed each course exactly the way we planned it. The portions were very generous and everything was plated beautifully. The night was made up of two cocktails, 3 hor’doeuvres, charcuterie, salad course, seafood course, and beef course. We were stuffed until the next day! Highly recommend. Very personable and knowledgeable in his profession. Will definitely hire again. Thanks Will!!
