About
The Philadelphia Sunchasers is our nonprofit recreational youth tennis program. For the last 3 years I've donated my time to the West Philadelphia Community and the surrounding Philadelphia area. Have about 30-40 students and just finished a special program with the Pennsylvania School for the Deaf. I was lucky enough to get $2,000 worth of brand new tennis racquets which I gave out to over a hundred kids in the Philadelphia area. I love teaching tennis it brings me a lot of joy and you learn very quickly from me if you give me the opportunity to teach you!
I love when I get a hardworking student who listens to what I have to say and picks up the game really quickly

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Whether it's a kid or an adult I try and teach the fundamentals to that every student has a chance to succeed as quickly as possible. I like to say I put you through Scrappy K's quantum accelerated tennis bootcamp! The way I teach it's going to take you a very short period of time to really learn how to be explosive on the court.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been playing teaching and loving the game of tennis for almost 35 years. I have lots of references if you need them I just know that if you give me the opportunity to be your coach you'll really have a lot of fun!!
