We are the only operation offering just cooking classes, in the Pittsburgh area. All our instructors are professionally trained,a nd all our programs are hands on classes. Gaynor has been teaching cooking for over 30 years both in New York City, where she was the assistant director of Peter Kump's New York Cooking School and Pittsburgh. We pride ourselves on our high level of professionalism. Our school is located in the South Side, in central Pittsburgh. Our programs are designed for all skill levels and we offer programs for both adults and children. What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Students visit the website where they can register directly for classes. They may also call the school and we can answer questions and register them over the phone
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have professsional culinary certification from Peter Kump's New York Cooking school and am a professional member of the International Association of Culinary Professionals

How did you get started teaching?
After graduating from Culinary School, I was offered a teaching post, that was in 1985 and I have been teaching culinary techniques ever since
