All of my classes are private one on one classes custom to the students needs.  Upon our first meeting we chat about what your goals are and see if we would be a good fit to work together.

I started teaching yoga in 2007 when I obtained my first 200 hours of yoga teacher training in Hatha & Inengar Yoga.  Since then I have completed an additional 500 hours of training in Yinyasa Yoga

Pricing is set at first meeting.  I work with the students to find what works for them.

I practice yoga to help me battle my physical & mental stress due to my corporate job and my personal health.  It was just natural that I started teaching because I always had a love to teach/educating people.

I work with all walks of life.  Typically work with women midlife through senior.

Recently I started working with my own teacher to expand my knowledge of mindfulness to better help my students.

Give yoga & mindfulness a chance.  Like everything it takes time.  Look at this as a lifestyle change to help you mentally, physically & emotionally.
