Sports & Fitness Lessons

Hi guys! My name is Adi Tobias, I've taught at the YMCA for two years, sports, gymnastics, aquatics, you name it, I've done it! I did both gymnastics and swimming for the majority of my life, and at a competitive level. I did cheerleading in middle school and tennis and soccer when I was younger just for fun. I teach kids of all ages, and adults aswell. I have a passion for helping people achieve their goals and improve in things they are passionate about. I am cpr, first aid, and oxygen certified aswell as aed certified. When I'm coaching, I put my all into it, and I try to push the person learning past limits, but never too far.
