Mount Pleasant Karate is the only traditional martial arts school in the area.
Master Glenn was taught by the same instructor as Chuck Norris, and has over 30
years in martial arts.
Our classes are designed to improve focus, fitness, and confidence, and will help every student achieve excellence!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We begin with two private 1/2 hour lessons.
After the student has completed these lessons, they may enter group class.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a master instructor in Tang Soo Do karate. I have been training for 37 years, and I am an internationally certiied 7th degree black belt.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Classes are $175.00 per month for unlimited attendance.
How did you get started teaching?
I began teaching in California, and have worked with thousands of children and adults.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have success teaching children and adults of all ages 5 and older, but I am particularly proud of our successes with special needs children.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We do an annual board break a thon for St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital. Last year we crossed $20,000 in funds raised.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Choose carefully, there are many martial arts and many schools, but there are few real martial arts schools that teach proper attitude and technique.
