Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Working with several students who were up for major acting roles in Mary Poppins. We ran lines together and rehearsed their musical audition pieces. They all got the parts they were up for out of hundreds of auditioners. Very proud moment!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
You need to find the right fit for a teacher/coach. One who supports you and you have a connection with. Many teachers/coaches can teach what they know but it takes a teacher/coach who truly has the passion for each student to get them to the next level and beyond. One who truly believes in them and supports them. Find the right one and you will be happy you did!
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Are you serious about your craft and willing to dedicate time every day to it?
