My name is Lauren Worden and I have been teaching for 26 years. I almost drowned twice when I was younger. And because of those two incidents I knew from the time I was 14 that I wanted to teach swimming lessons. So I took every certification that I possibly could. And in 2015 I decided to start Worden Aquatics. Since then we have grown to 12 instructors and coaches that work for us. We have two indoor heated pools that we used year round and several outdoor pools that we use all over the Nashville Metropolitan area throughout the summer.
