About

My service stands out because I am a vocal technition as well as a performance coach. I teach how to sing . Not just songs! I have taught many people who are now very successful such as Kirsten Maldanado from Pentatonix. Country singer Marin Morris , Trevor Douglas ,American Idol. I have students on Broadway and in professional bands! I am truly invested in my students.

I am also a professional who is an Equity actress. I have been on Broadway, music videos and informercials😊

I love the one on one and really getting to know my students. It helps me to know better how to help them, their blocks (insecurities) and how to get their needs met. I love teaching. I also learn a lot from my students and truly enjoy their wisdom and talent.

Mrs. Chambers is one of the reasons i’m confident I’ll never ruin my voice in the future. By my first lesson she was already teaching full body singing, and how to make my body sing along with my voice and not just have it be my voice. Amazing!

I loved sending my girls to lessons with a working professional! Christine is current on what’s going on In the world of theatre. She not only knows how to get the best from each students voice, but she helps them identify goals for their performing lives! 5 Stars for sure!!

Christine has mastered simultaneously pushing and nurturing her students’ growth. I made further leaps with her in a couple months than I had with plenty of others.

Christine helped me immensely overcome my fear and previous training trauma from a terrible high school experience. She’s smart, supportive, kind, warm, and tough when ya need it most. I’m very thankful for her and her training.

    Frequently asked questions

I have the student do a series of vocal warm ups to hear the voices strengths and weaknesses . Then I have them sing something for me. This gives me more information. We discuss their goals and I give them an evaluation and we make a plan for success.

I have a Bachelor of Music/ Theatre from Shenandoah College and Conservatory of Music . A professional 2 year diploma from the Hart School of Music. I am a member of The National Teachers of Singing.  I am a member of Actors Equity , the professional actors union.

I charge $ 60.00 for an hour and $35 for a half hour lesson. I make it affordable so the student can come every week!

I got started teaching 27 years ago when I had my son DYLAN Chambers. I was working as a professional performer in Musical theatre and wanted to stop for a while to raise my son. I had had a lot of great experiences and had learned so much and was ready to share all my knowledge with students. I love teaching. It is what I am supposed to do.

i have worked with all kinds of students ranging from 8 years old to 74 years old. In many styles such as classical , music theatre,  jazz, pop, rock, country and classical.

i recently went to a cabaret where many of my students performed wonderfully! They stood out and I was so proud!
