About
Solari Swim School is a small swim program under the direction of Manuel "Manny" Monsante and Giuliana Solari de Pena, who have over 40 years of combined experience teaching swimming lessons and water safety to children and adults. We offer individualized swimming lessons year-round and we also travel to your pool in the summer months.
Having fun while we teach our students to swim. Our motto is: “Swim for fun. Swim for life." We believe that if you create an atmosphere where the student develops love and joy for the activity, they’ll want to practice and participate, thus increasing their ability level and skill in a positive way.

How did you get started teaching?
Manny began teaching in 1997 as a summer job which in time and experience began a passion and gave me a great sense of satisfaction teaching people to love this most important skill.
Giuliana swam as a child growing up by the beach. She has taught lessons for several organizations including the YMCA and the City of Coppell. After raising 2 children, she began teaching her own private lessons in the Coppell, Southlake and Flowermound area.
What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked with 6 month olds to 60 year olds and everything in between.
Swimming is a lifelong sport that is best learned early in life but teaching adults and people with disabilities is an inspiring and rewarding part of the work.
