Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We begin with a skills assessment session that provides our trainers a strong understanding of where an athletes skillsets are, what needs development and emphasis, and what type of workouts will best highlight and develop any deficiencies that may be present.
After a foundation is established from which to grow, our professional trainers will prescribe workout regimens that will foster and force the enhancement of strength, conditioning, balance, and skills. While our trainers have all of the tools and knowledge to help an athlete succeed, it is ultimately up to the athlete to determine themselves how badly they want their abilities to develop.

Clients include NBA, overseas Professionals, D1-D3 and NAIA college athletes. I have overseen and directed numerous summer and offseason camps for ages 5+, classes defined by age and on skillset.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Session pricing is negotiated upon initial meeting.
How did you get started teaching?
I began coaching my younger sisters and their teammates, eventually building my reputation as a premier skills coach, eventually working with NBA and overseas Professional players in the off-season.
What types of students have you worked with?
All ages and skillsets. From K-12 to post-college, and from skills ranging from "never picked up a basketball" to NBA veteran.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I am beyond proud to have my students in high-school continually garner college scholarships year in, year out. I am very proud to say that every graduating class I have worked with has had college scholarships that have seen them continue their career into the collegiate level.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Embrace the difficult. My trainings are not meant to be easy and are designed to highlight flaws and areas needed for improvement. Attitude is EVERYTHING.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What is my current role/ skillset?
What role do I want to be in any given amount of time? (example: from bench to starter in 1 year)
Can my determination to get better overcome any skill deficiency I currently possess? Too many kids give up because they come to a point where their skills are not sufficient. Due to this difficulty, they lose interest and give up. Mental strength is an essential part to skills development.
