Formally and classically trained in both savory and baking/pastry arts, Denise has been stirring up trouble in the kitchen since before she could see over the counters. Prior to attending and graduating from culinary school, she apprenticed for many years under a wonderful Cajun Chef. Having worked and trained here in the States and in France, she has a flair for all things delicious and especially Texas, Cajun, and French cuisines.
