I offer food made to impress but bring back all your favorite memories of home! I teach students to love their food and bring goodness to everyone!
Cooking is my passion! I enjoy bringing new flavors and techniques that even the most novice student can learn and appreciate. Seeing people who never thought they could make a delicious meal is very exciting.
After practicing law for 15 years, it was time for a change! I went from making 250 an hour to making 10 working on a food truck! Then, once I learned the business, I bought a truck! We did everything from small weddings, to serving as the first food truck invited to an LPGA tournament in Dallas. Then, it was on to a large catering company and a couple of restaurants after that as an executive chef.
