You tell us what you want and we show you how to get there. Daniel Abercrombie takes his job and clients needs very personally. He will find whatever route best suits you to get you to your goals in the most efficient way possible. Better Body by Daniel also networks with local physical therapists and coaches in the strength & fitness community to continue providing the most up to date techniques and exercises for each client.

How did you get started teaching?
This has been something I have been around most of my life; my mother was a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. My brother and I were involved in athletics from a very young age.
What types of students have you worked with?
A mixed variety of individuals from elderly people 65+ to youth 13+. I have also worked with collegiate and professional athletes, developing specific skills related to their sports.
