I attended Missouri State University and after i continued to play 5 years professionally overseas in the GFL (German Football League). My mission is to develop young athletes, establish discipline and develop over all mental toughness. I truly believe if you do not cheat the grind it will pay off when the opportunity is presented. I am an ex high school football coach. I spent 15 years in the teaching/coaching profession before opening a personal training gym. I am very knowledgeable in all positions and enjoy working with people of all ages. My gym is located in Aubrey Tx. On hwy 377 (Fit Body Gym). I coached on the 2009 Pilot Point class 2a state championship team.
