I am certified in personal training through Cooper Institute, senior and special populations certified and a Health Fitness Coach. Master swim coach certified. I have my own studio in Aubrey, we work one on one with no one fighting over equipment or judgement. My goal is to get you healthy and keep you there. It is not about the best body, it is all about living your best life.

Love the game myself, while being a student of the game as it is steadily changing. I like to take my knowledge and pass it down to students who want to advance their skill levels and advance in their sport as well as in life. I have many years of experience playing the sports that I teach and what I lack in experience I gain in listening to people who have been there and through doing my own personal studies.

I treat the athletes with respect and hold them accountable (Athletically, Classroom & In life). I let each athlete know that they need to have a plan after graduation and if it doesn't work with sports. Watching what each athlete become. Watch your investment turn into something great.
