Seao Interalia Provides training, Counseling and Mangement to athletes from amateur to pro levels. We also refine skills and provide parametric testing to qualify and fulfill entry requirements into certain professions.

I am certified in personal training through Cooper Institute, senior and special populations certified and a Health Fitness Coach. Master swim coach certified. I have my own studio in Aubrey, we work one on one with no one fighting over equipment or judgement. My goal is to get you healthy and keep you there. It is not about the best body, it is all about living your best life.

I treat the athletes with respect and hold them accountable (Athletically, Classroom & In life). I let each athlete know that they need to have a plan after graduation and if it doesn't work with sports. Watching what each athlete become. Watch your investment turn into something great. Staying in contact with athletes as they move on and grow (listen how you helped them succeed.)
