I wanted to share my positive experience with Lamar Brown for the past 2 weeks! IMO, Lamar is the best trainer I’ve ever had the opportunity to work with. He’s extremely structured, knowledgeable, friendly, motivating, conveniently located and so much more for me to list. If you are like me and put on some unnecessary baggage during Covid or just want to live a healthier life at a fraction of what it would cost you to see a random trainer, you might want to have a consultation with him. You will be as shocked as I was. I’m currently 2 weeks in. I’ve lost weight, inches, feel great, sleeping better, eating better and not aching anymore. My first class with Uma was Excellent. Her studio is calm and quiet which exactly I was looking for. She is good at teaching Yoga, helping me do little pranayama and then do a lot of different Yoga exercises.

I don't think I have ever posted things about my son's weight, but I need to share this with you. We've had a life changing experience this past month. We sought help for our son, Cole, recently to find a place or person to help him realize the value of daily exercise. For those who are interested in finding the right personal trainer, look no further than the amazing "Bear" Michael Mitchell at Body Renovation. He has changed Cole's life and ours. In two short weeks, Cole has lost an amazing 11 pounds. We are astounded at the physical transformation and mental change Cole is having, and it's all because of Bear. Seriously, if you have a child who has autism and needs physical exercise, Bear is your guy. I found Bear at Body Renovation because I happened to notice his sign outside the door of Body Renovation. Thank you, Bear, and Body Renovation for changing our lives for good!
